How
To Schedule A To-Do |
| 1. |
Lookup
the contacts that have Customer in the ID/Status field. You should have
8 records in the lookup. |
| 2. |
Click
on the Activities tab. Click the Schedule To-Do button on the toolbar.
You should see the Schedule Activity dialog box. |
| 3. |
Change
the priority to High. Notice that the activity color has changed to red.

| 4. |
Open
the Regarding drop down list and select Send quote. The dialog box should
look like Figure 7-3.

you get to this dialog box or you want to schedule the activity with someone
