  How To Schedule A To-Do
1. Lookup the contacts that have Customer in the ID/Status field. You should have 8 records in the lookup.
2. Click on the Activities tab. Click the Schedule To-Do button on the toolbar. You should see the Schedule Activity dialog box.
3. Change the priority to High. Notice that the activity color has changed to red.
4. Open the Regarding drop down list and select Send quote. The dialog box should look like Figure 7-3.

  Selecting Who To Schedule The Activity With
  If you do not select the person you want to schedule the activity with before you get to this dialog box or you want to schedule the activity with someone else, you can.
