1.    Open the WITH drop down list. It should look like Figure 7-4.

  If you click on the Contact or Company column heading, you can change the sort order. Clicking the My Record button at the bottom of the drop down list will add the My Record as the person you want to schedule the activity with.
   
  Scheduling The Same Activity For Multiple Contacts
  As mentioned earlier, you can select options for the activity and schedule it for more than one contact.
1. Click on the Contacts button.
  You have two options. If you select the option SELECT CONTACTS, you will be able to select all the contacts that you want to schedule the activity with. Selecting the option NEW CONTACT, will let you create a new contact record as shown in Figure 7-5. This means that you can schedule an activity for a contact that is not already in the database.
