What Is Online Training? |

training is an interactive, structured approach to learning. It is
the modern day equivalent of correspondence courses. The majority
of online training is conducted in a multimedia, web-based environment.

All
learners have to be in the same place at the same time, which may
mean that extensive travel is involved. |

current technology allows training to be delivered to those that need
it, instead of the other way around, by having those that need it,
go to the training. |
