Click
the Start button on the Task bar and select Run
as shown below.

You
will now see the Run dialog box shown below.
Click the Browse button.

Navigate
to the folder that you saved the file in.
(The file name is arxxxenu.exe. The xxx is the version number.)

When
you find the file, click on it once, then click the Open
button as shown below.

Click
OK on the Run dialog box shown below.

Accept
the default destination folder shown below and click Next>.

The
software will now be installed.
When the installation is completed, you will see the dialog
box below.
Select the option to Yes, I want to restart my computer now,
then click the Finish button.

When
your computer has restarted, you can open the reader by selecting
these options: Start --> Programs --> Acrobat Reader.
