Here you will learn how to navigate and get the most out of our FAQ
and KB technical assistance tools.
On the right side of this web page, you will see a list of the various
entry points to our FAQ's and KB's. The ones at the top of each section
(the ones that end with FAQ or KB) are the main entry points to a
specific FAQ or KB. Clicking on one of the these links will open a
main menu, similar to the one shown below. |

The
benefit of going to the main menu first is that you will be able to
read a brief description of what each section contains.
If you can tell by the section titles (the links other than the first
one in each section), which ones meets your needs, by all means click
on it.
From there, you can click on the option that best fits the need of
what you are looking for, as shown below. In this example, the General
Questions option was selected. |

Once
you see the list of questions or topics as shown above and you realize
that what you are looking for is not there, you can open the Category
Jump drop down list shown at the bottom of the screen shot above and
select a different category in the FAQ or Knowledge Base as shown
below. |

Next,
click on the question (if you are in a FAQ) or the topic (if you are
in a KB) that you want. You will then see the answer or information
for the question of topic that you selected, as shown below. |

To
print the page, click the button on the page. |

|
If
you want to switch between FAQ's & KB's, you can do so easily,
by going back to the main menu of the one you are currently in.
The last option on the main menu (All FAQ's & Knowledge Bases)
contains links to all of the FAQ's and KB's that are on our web
site.
To return to our main web site from a FAQ or Knowledge Base, click
the Home link.
