Registering for a class is easy.

Just follow the steps below.

1.
Click here to print the member course registration form.

If you are not a member, but want to take a class, click here. If you are unable to print these forms, click here for help.
2.
Fill out the course registration form.
3.
Mail the form to us, along with the cost of the required training manual. The training manual required for each course is $25.00, plus $3.50 shipping.
